Serendipity

Confucianism, the credo of the famous Chinese philosopher, Confucius, is often characterized as a system of social and ethical ideologies rather than a religion. Confucius spoke elaborately on the code of personal morality, and a large part of his philosophy was constructed on the principle of “ren” meaning “loving others”. And since that is only possible when we see the inherent goodness in them, therefore his famous words: “everything has beauty but not everyone sees it”.

It’s like auto-tuning into the frequency of the universe, to be able to receive the signals it sends us. Being receptive, mending our radars. To open one’s eyes to the signs the world sends our way is the only way to open our hearts too. Believing that we all belong to one world and so developing trust in our race is our only option. This is something we shall have to accept and learn to do sooner rather than later. Ever wondered why despite being so much altogether, all of us are dying deep within, of loneliness.

Because of the mistrust we have let grow against those of our own. Unless we consciously identify the beauty held within every heart other than ours, unless we purposely look for virtues appreciable in those around us, we are destined to end up doomed as a species. But then again, BELIEVE that beauty exists all around to be able to experience it in your life!
