Customer Shipping & Returns Policy

1 Orders for the product shall be received using the website www. saansmart.com and the customer will receive an email with order details.

2. Saans Solutions LLP will arrange to ship your ordered products within 3-4 days of your order which will be informed to the customer through an email.

3. Cash on delivery facility is not provided.

4. The products can be exchanged under the following conditions:
a) In the case of Wrong product.
b) In the case of Damaged product.

5. There are no returns in case any organic product is opened

6. There are no returns on international orders.

7. In case of returns under the aforesaid conditions, the Customer needs to inform Saans Solutions LLP through an email on customercare@saansmart.com Within 24 hours of receipt of the product with the following details :
a) Order ID
b) Date of receiving
c) Pictures of Item/s which needs to be returned

Saans Solutions LLP shall not entertain any dispute(s) regarding damage/pilferage/tampering/leakage/non- receipt of delivery/wrong delivery, after 24 hours from the receipt/delivery of the said articles

7. Refund of the product will only be allowed in case the same product is not available with Saans Solutions LLP.

8. Customer shall keep ready the item/s for returns for pick up by courier company The packaging of such products shall also be the sole responsibility of the customer.

9. In case of damaged/pilferage/tempered/pressed/leaked shipment, the receiver shall mention negative remarks on POD copy to get a claim for the shipment. In the absence of any negative remarks on POD copy clearly stating such damage/pilferage/tampering/pressing/leakage, no claim shall be entertained by Saans Solutions LLP at any point of time
