Srishti Ganesha is regarded as the twenty-third among the 32 different forms of Ganesha. The word ?Srishti? means ?creation.? Srishti Ganesha thus remains the God of creation, a role normally attributed to Lord Brahma. The Purans have mentioned that whole Shristi(Creation) has come to existence by Ardhnarishwara that is Half Shiva and Half Shakti and Ganesha is the manifestation of both of them who extends these creations from the primordial universe. Shristi Ganesha is thus attributable to the foundation, the source and the goal of all existence. He is also believed to be an integral part of all his creations and thus, the representative Lord of all the physical manifestations of the universe.
